Transformational Story Journey
1:1 transformational sessions to help you uncover your medicine and bring it to life.
This isn't traditional coaching or therapy. This is intuitive story medicine that helps you reconnect with what brings you alive, understand the unique gift you carry, and embody it fully. Using a customised mix of intuitive and spiritual guidance, guided journeying, archetype work, storytelling, applied improvisation, play and creativity, we’ll excavate your story, face your shadows, reconnect you with your higher self, joy and vision, and turn your unique wisdom into courageous action.

WhatsApp support between sessions (voice notes, quick guidance, accountability)
An evolving Story Map which will act as your compass as you discover and embody your medicine

The Joy Spiral
Join an experimental circle for women, non-binary and femme-identifying folk on a transformational journey to reconnect with your joy, uncover your unique medicine, and be part of something bigger.

Go on a collective journey to explore what’s beneath the surface, face the shadows together, discover what brings you joy and where your medicine is hiding.

With improvisation and creative exercises, play with what you find, and how your medicine is expressed. Combine it with others in the group to give birth to new collaborations and possibilities.

Story Medicine Session
$450 (with Story Guide)
A 90-minute transformational session for heroines at the threshold to gain clarity about what wants to emerge in your life next.
We’ll use creative exercises, play, meditation, archetype analysis, channelled goddess wisdom, embodiment work and intuition to connect you deeply to the story that is calling you.
Includes an optional personalised Story Map to take-away.

When you’re stuck, sometimes your energy needs to move first.
This 60-minute healing session will clear what's been standing in your way, whether its old patterns, stagnant energy, or blocks that keep you from seeing what’s true and stepping into your next chapter.
Through gentle reiki, we'll restore your natural flow and reconnect you to your power.
Reiki + Reading

When you need both healing and guidance, this 90-minute session combines energy clearing with the intuitive insight of a tarot reading.
Through reiki, we'll move what's blocking you, then use tarot to illuminate the path forward.
